Marketing Specialist

A growing EPC company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Sales & Marketing team. This is an execution-focused marketing role for someone who enjoys creating polished content, managing digital marketing activities, and working closely with technical and engineering professionals. The company serves commercial, industrial, data center, healthcare, and hospitality customers across the Eastern United States and Caribbean, delivering technically sophisticated energy and power projects. This position will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to develop and maintain marketing materials that accurately communicate the company's technical capabilities and project experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update website content, including project information, capabilities, and company updates. Execute fundamental SEO activities, including keyword tagging, on-page optimization, and performance tracking. Perform routine website maintenance and coordinate with outside developers or vendors when needed. Create and update one-pagers, solution briefs, capability presentations, and other sales collateral. Work directly with Sales, Engineering, and Project leadership to gather information for marketing content. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content production, or a related field. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
