Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required)
Compensation: $50,000+ DOE (depending on experience)

Must have Skill Set:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 1–3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred
- Strong experience supporting hourly workforce populations
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Franklin Park, IL. This onsite role serves as a key HR contact for both hourly employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and comfortable working directly within a production environment to support both employees and operational needs.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion
- Support full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production positions
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with employee relations including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with supervisors and leadership to support staffing and workforce needs
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies
- Assist with training coordination and documentation tracking
- Generate HR reports related to attendance, headcount, and workforce metrics
- Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- 1–3+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume environments
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working onsite in a production-based setting with flexibility for early shift support
