Lunchroom Supervisor

Community Consolidated School District 89 is seeking lunchroom supervisors for each of our schools (4 elementary and 1 middle school), for the 2026-2027 school year. This position requires 1-1.25 hours a day during days at the elementary school level and 2.25 hours at the middle school where lunches are served. There are 169 days a year that lunchroom supervisors are needed.

Responsibilities include instructing, maintaining, and enforcing all lunchroom rules, regulations, and procedures. Report serious safety or discipline problems to the principal and/or assistant principal. Maintain inventory of all recreational equipment. Plan and maintain appropriate procedures to move students from lunch to recreation areas and from recreation areas to lunch areas. Plan and maintain appropriate procedure to lunch/recreation dismissal.

Employment expectations include maintaining high standards in school relationships, demonstrating integrity and honesty, being considerate and cooperative, and maintaining professional relationships with students, parents, staff members, and others.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.
