salary: $110,000 - 120,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Deeply understand advanced manufacturing technologies and the product line to develop effective approaches for selling and supporting software solutions.

• Technical Consulting: Evaluate customer business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions using proprietary software products.

• Quotation Management: Create and deliver accurate product quotations to both internal and external customers.

• Sales Collaboration: Partner with regional Technical Centers to assist local sales representatives with software presentations and technical inquiries.

• Training & Enablement: Provide comprehensive product training to internal sales/engineering associates as well as external customers.

• Marketing Support: Advise on the creation of content for marketing materials, sales manuals, and product documentation.

• Account Maintenance: Maintain customer relationships to facilitate subscription or contract renewals, communicate new product releases, and gather valuable user feedback.

• Versatility: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
