Remote Junior Industrial Designer: Collectibles & Licensing

Our retail client is looking for a Junior Industrial Designer to join their team! This is a remote, 40 hr/week role. We're looking for a Junior Industrial Designer who is eager to learn, excited by pop culture, and ready to support the team in bringing collectible ideas to life through thoughtful design packs, clean execution, and a collaborative mindset. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career -someone who loves details, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and wants to grow within the world of collectibles, licensing, and brand partnerships. Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand Partnerships & Collectibles design team by creating accurate, organized design packs and tech packs for products
• Translate existing concepts, brand assets, and licensed IP into clear 2D and 3D-ready documentation for development partners.
• Assist with product technical drawings, callouts, color/material specifications, and surface detailing.
• Contribute to trend research across pop culture, entertainment, gaming, streetwear, and global brand collaborations.
• Help prepare presentation decks, mood boards, and visual references for internal reviews and partner meetings.
• Maintain strong file organization, version control, and documentation throughout the design process.
• Bring a positive, calm, solutions oriented energy to a fast moving, highly collaborative environment.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundational skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic 3D familiarity (Blender, Rhino, ZBrush, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Ability to create clean, detailed design and tech packs with accurate callouts, measurements, and material notes.
• Interest in brand collaborations, licensing, and pop culture driven product design.
