Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: 

• Guest Experience: Resolve internal and external guest concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly while maintaining Canyon Ranch and Forbes service standards. Anticipate guest needs, collaborate across departments, and provide Guest Relations Advisor coverage as needed.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and adjust Guest Relations team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage while directing and delegating daily responsibilities to support seamless operations and consistent guest service.
• Financial Responsibility: Manage labor costs by optimizing schedules and minimizing overtime while supporting team engagement, monthly sales goals, and current promotional initiatives.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment by ensuring Canyon Ranch safety guidelines and departmental standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, judgment, and time-management skills .
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions independently .
• A positive, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor , with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute effectively as part of a team.

• CPR/AED Certification
