Frech USA is the North American subsidiary of the Oskar Frech GmbH group and plays a key role in supporting customers across the region. The company provides sales and service for all Frech group brands. Team members collaborate closely with global partners and customers. Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Michigan City, IN. This role oversees end-to-end project coordination for equipment sales, installation, and service, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing resources, and closely monitoring progress with internal teams, vendors, and customers. The Project Manager will handle expediting of orders, logistics arrangements, and inspection activities to ensure equipment and services meet specifications. This position also involves preparing project documentation, tracking costs, identifying risks, and communicating status updates to stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope. They will also support the customer service and parts team as required. Qualifications Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor industrial equipment or manufacturing-related projects. Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage order flow, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays. Inspection skills to verify equipment, documentation, and services meet agreed-upon standards and customer requirements. Logistics Management experience to coordinate shipments, installations, and on-site services efficiently. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with common office and project management software; ERP or CRM experience is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
