Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Knoxville, TN (Hardin Valley Area)

Pay Range: $18-$20, DOE

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-4PM

What's the Job?

Assist the production team in delivering quality products to customers
Operate designated machinery such as saws, to cut raw steel at the beginning stages and prepping materials
Maintain safety rules and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment
Understand and follow production workflows to support team objectives

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions
Tolerance for odors, fumes, airborne particles, heat, and noise levels
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout a large facility
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work well with others
