Required Skills In‑depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Proficiency with JAMF for macOS administration and application distribution. Hands‑on experience packaging and deploying Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune. Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and VBScript, for automation and configuration management. Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have Skills Familiarity with automation and CI/CD pipelines for application delivery. Experience with application remediation, privilege management, and security standards. Knowledge of enterprise security standards and best practices. Exposure to other deployment tools or platforms. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Entry‑level candidates with relevant internship or hands‑on project experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in application packaging or enterprise environment deployment is a plus but not mandatory. Other Requirements Hybrid work environment based in Westbrook, ME. Ability to work onsite as needed, with flexibility for remote collaboration. Immediate availability preferred; start date ASAP. This role is W2 only, with a markup fee of 50%.
