Operational Accountant

AVID Technical Resources

This position will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing asset lifecycles, supporting audits, and ensuring financial processes align with established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience with financial reporting and accounting operations
Experience with capital asset accounting or fixed asset management preferred
Workday Finance experience strongly preferred
Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and interpret large datasets
Strong communication and organizational skills
Higher education and grant management experience is a plus
