Management and Program Analyst

Duties

Help

Conducts data analysis and evaluations of mission-oriented programs and operations to assess performance and accountability, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations for management.

Provides input on program objectives, policies, priorities, and plans; advises management on operational issues and requirements; and handles complex program activities while coordinating with staff and stakeholders.

Researches and develops policies, procedures, guidance, and implementation strategies; recommends improvements to program and management processes; and ensures consistency with statutory, regulatory, and departmental requirements.

Provides technical guidance to stakeholders, prepares analytical and briefing materials on program performance and status, and leads meetings and training to support implementation of program activities and requirements.

Leads or supports special projects, coordinates cross-organizational efforts, represents the organization in meetings, and works with officials and stakeholders to address complex or controversial issues.
