Regional Sales Manager, Latin America

Louisiana, Texas or Latin America (Hybrid) Swagelok Louisiana is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Latin America to support market and sales development in Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad, and Venezuela, with an initial emphasis on Guyana. This role is a strong fit for an ambitious sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone with technical sales experience in oil and gas, industrial, chemical, or related markets who wants to expand into international market development and play a visible role in a fast-growing energy region. Reporting directly to the President, this position offers the opportunity to help grow our presence in Guyana while also contributing to broader regional development over time. The role includes building customer and agent relationships, supporting market growth, and gaining meaningful exposure to international business development. Regular travel to Guyana and within the region will be an important part of the role, especially during the first year. Why Swagelok Louisiana?
