Inside Sales - Burlington, MA

Position Full‑time Inside Salesperson – Burlington, MA Hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Rate $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, commission based on experience Responsibilities Grow sales and gross margin by taking orders over the phone, in person, and via Digital Tools. Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required. Provide customers with information and demonstration of the online ordering solution. Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools. Utilize internal and external resources to assist in closing sales and providing service. Participate in processes and programs promoting digital tools to enhance the customer buying experience. Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share. Back up and assist the counter when needed. Perform other duties as directed by management. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Two‑year college or vocational school education preferred, with emphasis on electrical and construction industry and/or equivalent knowledge through job‑related experience and training. Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and website navigation.
