Finance Manager - Global Accounting & Strategic Reporting

As Manager Finance (d/f/m) , you are the central interface for Radial's accounting and controlling processes. You ensure that monthly and annual financial statements are prepared accurately, tax requirements are met, and reporting meets the highest standards at all times. You drive the further development of our controlling and reporting processes and support our management in strategic financial decisions. Your tasks in detail Preparation of monthly financial statements for currently three operating companies (two in Germany, one in the USA) and two holding companies Handling and submission of tax returns and coordination with the tax authorities Preparation of the annual financial statements of the three German entities Disclosure and filing of the annual financial statements Preparatory activities for the HGB consolidated financial statements Coordination of foreign accountants Drafting of accompanying corporate resolutions and HR registrations Drafting and maintaining transfer pricing documentation Establishing and further developing robust monthly controlling (project margin, capacity utilization, overdue receivables, WIP) Reviewing weekly payment runs Supporting management in related areas Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field; alternatively, completed vocational training as a Tax Specialist ("Steuerfachwirt") or Certified Accountant ("Bilanzbuchhalter") Several years of professional experience in accounting, tax advisory, or auditing Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), tax law, and group accounting Experience with international accounting structures and controlling tools Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus Strong analytical skills Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for independently designing and optimizing processes Why Radial Is Special Impact You will have ample creative freedom for your ideas and take on responsibility from day one.
