We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication.
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, settlement, and trial.
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in Utah law (divorce, custody, parent-time, support, and protective orders, criminal, litigation, probate).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Utah e-filing .
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus
