Sr. Project Manager, Ambulatory Transformation and Performance (Flexible-Hybrid)

Description

As the Reporting & Analytics Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving execution, accountability, and predictability across a portfolio of analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. This role owns intake, requirement coordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational and Administrative Stakeholders, ensures that requests move predictably from intake through prioritization, development, UAT and go-live. The Project Manager will ensure work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities.

While this is primarily a project management role , the Project Manager is expected to be analytics‑literate and, when needed, able to help answer operational questions using existing Reporting & Analytics dashboards and curated data sources. This capability helps improve responsiveness to stakeholders and protects BI developer capacity.

Salary Range: $100,170- $218,715 Annual

Qualifications

Required:

• Project management certificate and / or quality assurance processes like Six Sigma or Lean or equivalent project management experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management in healthcare, preferably supporting analytics, BI, operations, or technology teams.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing scope.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing interactive dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
