Compensation Analyst

Alter Domus is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our rapidly growing and global organization. The Compensation Analyst will lead the North America compensation and reporting efforts and work with global counterparts on initiatives both regionally and globally. The position offers the right candidate an opportunity to add tremendous value and enhance their human resources experience within a dynamic, fast-growing, global financial services company environment.JOB DESCRIPTIONLead North America efforts for annual compensation planning and merit reviewsLead HR reporting efforts, including global reports for leadership team and local HR reports, such as EEO-1, diversity, and audit reportsParticipate in compensation surveys, conduct market reviews, and benchmark positionsManage North America job descriptionsAssist with 401(k) plan administration and any other retirement plans as neededProvide benefits and payroll audit support each pay periodCollaborate with teams and colleagues on global and regional projects as neededYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field Minimum of 3- 5 years of compensation experience; previous related industry experience highly preferredAdvanced Excel skills, along with other Microsoft Office apps – Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint requiredExperience using data and HRIS, mainly ADP Workforce Now and/or SuccessFactors, is a plusAbility to provide exceptional analytics, to problem solve, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitmentExhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of dutiesStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsBusiness acumen, strong ethical foundation, confidentiality, and discretionOutstanding organization, problem solving, and attention to detailProven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop new ideas and creative solutions to problemsABOUT US:Independent and possessing more than fifteen years’ experience in its field, Alter Domus has become a leader in corporate and management services for private equity & infrastructure and real estate funds as well as listed and unlisted companies.
