We’re looking for a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent who knows how to work with people, not just properties. Someone who answers the phone, follows through on promises, understands the Tallahassee market, and can guide a client through a purchase or sale without making the process harder than it needs to be.

You’ll work with buyers and sellers from the first conversation through closing, with access to an established local real estate and property management operation.

What the Job Looks Like

• Work directly with buyers to understand what they’re looking for and help them find the right property.
• Meet with homeowners who are considering selling and provide practical guidance on pricing and preparing their property for market.
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Prepare offers, counteroffers, listing paperwork, and other transaction documents.
• Keep clients informed during inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers instead of allowing good opportunities to go cold.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, contractors, and other people involved in a transaction.
• Stay familiar with Tallahassee neighborhoods, available inventory, pricing, and changes in the local market.
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida real estate license.
• Previous residential sales experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter.
• Comfortable speaking with clients in person, by phone, email, and text.
• Able to manage your own schedule and keep track of several transactions at different stages.
• Good negotiating skills and the judgment to know when to listen, advise, or push a transaction forward.
• Familiarity with Tallahassee and the surrounding North Florida market is a plus.
