Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for foot and ankle products in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on developing healthcare provider relationships, driving territory sales growth, and ensuring proper product utilization across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive offerings
- Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare facility staff
- Provide surgical case support and operating room consultation as needed
- Achieve territory sales goals through new account acquisition and existing customer growth
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and promotional materials while ensuring timely product delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
- Valid US driver's license and successful background investigation
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed and reside in or relocate to territory
