Pediatric Nutrition Specialty Sales Representative We’re looking for a Pediatric Nutrition Specialty Sales Representative to promote, manage, and grow Abbott Nutrition products in hospitals and office settings in Orange County, CA. The role focuses on pediatricians and pediatric gastroenterologists, with emphasis on brands such as Elecare, Alimentum, PediaSure Peptide, and PediaSure. Territory Based in Orange County or Riverside County Territory includes Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, Imperial, and San Bernadino Counties Local travel only; overnight stays only for company meetings Position does not offer relocation; local candidates only Company car provided Responsibilities Full ownership of accounts Execute strategic sales initiatives designed to exceed sales goals Work closely with District Manager and cross‑functional teams to execute the strategic account plan Deliver clinical and scientific benefits and information, with comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines Collaborate with Clinical Nutrition Managers, Discharge Planners, Dietitians, HMEs, and Physicians Prioritize resources to drive return on investment Plan and organize to maximize focus on top priorities Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required Strategic account planning experience Excellent oral communication skills Strong analytical skills Strong organizational skills Clinical/healthcare experience (RD/RN) strongly encouraged Selling experience across a wide range of health‑care practitioners in hospital and office environments Strong business acumen demonstrated through solid understanding of the healthcare landscape Benefits Global career development opportunities Free medical coverage via Health Investment Plan (HIP) PPO in next calendar year Retirement savings plan with high employer contribution Tuition reimbursement, Freedom 2 Save student debt program, and FreeU education benefit Recognition as an excellent workplace and diversity champion The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00.
