Director of Dining Services - Corporate Dining (NYC)

Position Title Director of Dining Services — Corporate Dining (NYC) Salary and Compensation $95,000 – $105,000 per year, plus benefits. Job Summary The Director of Dining Services reports directly to the Vice President of Operational Excellence and oversees the day‑to‑day operations of designated client accounts. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, strong operational leadership, staff management, and relationship‑building skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of an account. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and cross‑department teams. Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account. Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations. Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training. Collaborate with the chef and management team to ensure top‑quality food. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company’s marketing and culinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Five years of complex foodservice operations experience. High‑volume production and catering experience preferred. Experience managing a budget. Desire to learn and grow within a top‑notch foodservice company.
