Compensation $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Accurately track, monitor, and organize all vehicles on the lot Maintain up-to-date digital records using dealership management software Arrange vehicles on the lot for optimal presentation and accessibility Conduct regular inventory audits and patrols to verify vehicle locations and resolve discrepancies Move vehicles in and out of service, and coordinate vehicle transport within the lot and to/from service areas Distribute supplies and materials to support dealership operations Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including weather-related tasks Oversee vehicle cleaning and detailing to maintain showroom standards Assist sales and service departments as needed Oversee and support Lot Attendants (sales, service, or both, depending on dealership size) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications 1+ years of experience in an automotive lot, inventory, or dealership role preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Proficient with computers; experience with inventory or dealership software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong leadership skills to oversee Lot Attendants (sales, service, or both) Excellent communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently Positive attitude and can-do mentality Benefits Eligible team members may receive: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Daily Pay Options Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Ongoing Training and Professional Development Career Advancement Opportunities Throughout Kunes Auto Grou Join the Kunes Team If you’re looking for a career with professional growth and a company that invests in its people, we’d love to meet you.
