What You'll Do As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include: * Guest Interactions: Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort. * Financial Transactions: Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night. * Night Audit Functions: Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations. * Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed. * Maintenance and Documentation: Report maintenance issues and guest accidents, keeping everything running smoothly and safely.
