What You'll Do:

• Lead and contribute to systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for projects ranging from basic to highly complex.
• Develop technical solutions, project plans, specifications, assessments, and documentation while ensuring alignment with development standards and business requirements.
• Coordinate development activities, monitor project tasks, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, business, and vendor teams to evaluate solutions, improve applications, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies.
• Support application performance, risk and regulatory requirements, audit activities, and continuous process improvements while maintaining a strong understanding of the business environment.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems analysis/application development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in React/typescript             
• Minimum 5 years of experience in.NET        
• Minimum 5 years of experience in java

• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.

• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
• Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
• Action-oriented.

• Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
