As a Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness, providing outbound initial marketing services and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliUnderstand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits/liliBuild, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts and insurance agents in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls/liliIncrease brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, customer events, and continuing education (CE) classes/liliUtilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities/liliProvide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory/liliIncrease sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliBachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred/liliStrong process and results driven attitude/liliExperience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred/li/ulpSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies/pulliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
