Assistant Executive Housekeeper

A Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas as well as leading and supervising Room, Laundry and House Attendants in support of the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. As a Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsibilities Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards Assign daily cleaning boards; evenly distribute work amongst the team Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas Communicate and coordinate with Front Desk agents about the status of rooms in a timely and efficient manner Assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, payroll edits, inventory, ordering, etc. Oversee the Lost & Found program Perform Room Attendant and/or House-person duties, as needed Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Qualifications and Attributes Hospitality – passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
