Chief Legal & Corporate Secretary: Strategic Board Leader

WECC

WECC is looking for a Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to lead legal strategies and governance while supporting its executive team and Board of Directors. This role requires exceptional leadership and a minimum of 15 years of senior legal experience alongside a Juris Doctor degree. Strong communication skills and regulatory knowledge are essential.

The position includes managing the legal team, overseeing contracts, and enhancing organizational culture. This role also offers an excellent benefits package in Salt Lake City, Utah.
