Compensation:

$125,500 - $219,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
• Guide clients through the luxury real estate process, from initial consultation to closing, providing expert advice and support at every step.
• Leverage our advanced marketing tools to enhance your personal brand and establish yourself as a trusted luxury advisor in the market.
• Actively seek out and secure exclusive listings, expanding your portfolio and increasing your market presence.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes that align with their goals and expectations.
• Stay informed about market trends and luxury property developments, sharing insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our team of experienced luxury agents to refine your skills and strategies, fostering continuous professional growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and closing deals.
• Familiarity with the luxury real estate market and its unique demands.
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain a robust client base.
• Ability to utilize advanced marketing strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Proficiency in staying informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.
