Job Title
Bartender
Duties
Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar.
Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice.
Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat.
Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers.
Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers.
Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars.
Carries debris to waste containers.
May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs.
