Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive individual who wants to build a real career-not just another job.

Nancy has been a State Farm Agent since 2005 and has built a strong connection with the Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley communities. With over 50 years of combined team experience, our agency focuses on helping customers protect their cars, homes, businesses, and families.

If you're driven by success, motivated by earning potential, and ready to learn, this is an opportunity to grow. Sales experience is helpful but not required-we will train and develop the right person.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads
• Communicate confidently and build quick rapport with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right insurance protection
• Learn and apply sales, objection-handling, and closing techniques
• Work toward required Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing
• Maintain activity goals, track progress, and stay consistent
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

• Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
• Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus
• Willing to complete required state licensing; we will help with the process

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000-$65,000 annual compensation
