Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise electro-mechanical assembly tasks, adhering to detailed test procedures, schematics, and diagrams.

• Conduct thorough testing to verify product quality and functionality, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions efficiently, implementing effective solutions to maintain seamless production flow.

• Collaborate with team members to uphold stringent safety standards and enhance manufacturing efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electro/mechanical assembly or as a technician; a technical associate degree in a related field is also acceptable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and written instructions accurately.

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Automotive and HVAC technicians are highly encouraged to apply, as their transferable skills are highly valued.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
