Oncology Development Executive (Outside Sales), Utah and Nevada

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive for outside sales in Utah and Nevada. The role focuses on driving new business acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems while managing complex account relationships and representing precision medicine diagnostics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, and health systems
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase adoption of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio
- Build relationships with physician leaders, pathology administrators, and health system decision makers through consultative sales engagements
- Translate clinical and genomic evidence into business recommendations supporting customer adoption of testing solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including medical affairs, market access, and operations to support growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory services
- 3+ years of oncology-related commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- Proven track record in new business development and competitive displacement
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel 75% within territory
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline and opportunity management
