Director of People Operations

Serving as a strategic advisor, the remote full-time Director of People Operations will support the Chief People Officer by managing key initiatives, shaping the People organization's narrative, and driving execution across various priorities while fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team. Key responsibilities Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, evaluating priorities and making informed decisions Shape and articulate the People organization's strategic narrative, ensuring clarity and alignment on initiatives Manage the People organization's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings and annual planning, to facilitate effective decision-making Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business management, HR/People strategy, or related roles, preferably in high-growth environments Demonstrated understanding of People organization operations and their impact on business and employee experience Experience as a strategic partner or advisor to executive leadership, ideally supporting a Chief People Officer Exceptional storytelling and synthesis skills for creating executive-ready materials and communications Strong operational discipline with a record of managing complex cross-functional workstreams from strategy through execution
