Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.

The Role

Mecka's datasets come from a global network of contributors capturing real-world data, and paid acquisition is one of the fastest ways to grow that network in new markets. As our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll run our paid acquisition funnels day to day, from ads and creative to landing pages and tracking, and turn budget into activated contributors at a cost we can scale. You'll report to our Growth Lead and work closely with our country teams across APAC, South America, and North America.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube: launch campaigns, manage daily budgets, targeting, and bids, and scale what works market by market.

• Produce and test new ad creative every week, in local languages and using AI tools, and learn fast which hooks, formats, and messages bring in contributors who stick.

• Build and improve the funnel behind the ads, including landing pages, sign-up flows, and follow-up messages that move people from first click to first approved capture.

• Set up tracking that ties every campaign to activated contributors, optimize for cost per activated contributor rather than cost per sign-up, and flag low-quality or fraudulent sign-ups early.

• Report weekly on spend, cost, and conversion by channel and market, with a clear recommendation on where the next dollar should go.

• Work with country teams to adapt campaigns, offers, and messaging to each market.

• Support growth experiments beyond paid, including referral, community, and partnerships, as the team grows.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google with real budget, whether at a company, at an agency, for clients, or on a project of your own.

• Comfortable with numbers: you build your own spreadsheets, know funnel metrics like cost per acquisition and conversion rate, and make calls from data.

• Quick with AI tools for creative, copy, and analysis, and can turn around several ad variations in a day.

• Built something scrappy yourself, such as an online store, an app, a community, or a side project that grew.

• Based in New York or willing to relocate.

Even Better If You Have:

• Speaks a language used in one of our markets, or has lived and worked in APAC or South America.

• Experience with app-install campaigns, landing page builders, or product analytics tools.

• Has done growth or marketing for a two-sided marketplace, gig platform, or community-driven product.
