Summary: As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. You will maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are met by providing product knowledge and recommendations. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers Maintain a clean and organized parts department Manage inventory and place orders as needed Document all sales and customer interactions in the company\'s database Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must have at least 1 year dealership experience in the parts department Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service abilities Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer skills and using a database Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a valid Florida driver\'s license and clean driving record EEOC Starling Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
