What You’ll Do:

• Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and a sharp eye for presentation
• Own your station like a pro—organized, stocked, and always service-ready
• Work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients that reflect the Connecticut shoreline
• Stay cool during high-volume service while keeping standards sky-high
• Collaborate with a tight-knit culinary team that moves fast and communicates even faster

What You Bring:

• Line cook experience (or the drive to rise quickly in a professional kitchen)
• Strong knife skills and a respect for technique
• The ability to handle pressure without losing focus—or your sense of humor
• A team-first mindset and a commitment to quality

Compensation: $17.75-$23.75 based on experience, part-time and full-time positions available with full benefits
