This is a face-to-face, outside sales position focused on customer outreach, in-person sales presentations, relationship building, and customer acquisition within an assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers: Conduct direct outreach, initiate conversations, and identify potential sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations: Explain products and services, answer questions, and communicate relevant features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs: Ask thoughtful questions and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer interests and requirements.
• Develop customer relationships: Maintain professional communication, follow up on inquiries, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Build your territory: Organize daily outreach activities, prioritize prospects, and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.
• Manage sales opportunities: Track prospects, coordinate follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and work toward closing sales.
• Use sales tools: Learn to use CRM platforms and other systems to document customer interactions and monitor sales activity.
• Collaborate with the team: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and sales-development initiatives.
• Work toward performance goals: Review progress, apply feedback, and develop the skills needed to improve sales results.

Compensation & Earning Opportunities

Advertised compensation range: $750–$2,000 per week, plus commission opportunities.

Compensation will be administered under the company's applicable written compensation plan and in accordance with California and applicable local wage-and-hour requirements.

The precise structure of compensation—including any guaranteed wages, commission eligibility, performance-based earnings, and payment terms—will be explained during the hiring process.

Actual earnings may vary depending on the compensation arrangement, hours worked, individual sales performance, and commissions earned. No particular level of commission earnings is guaranteed unless expressly provided by the applicable written compensation agreement.

Employees will receive at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked, along with overtime compensation when required by law.

Schedule & Work Environment

The typical schedule is 10:30 AM–7:00 PM , with scheduling subject to customer needs, training, business requirements, and applicable law.

This position involves direct customer interaction, outside sales activities, and work throughout an assigned territory. Candidates should be comfortable conducting in-person sales conversations and organizing their daily activities to support customer outreach and follow-up.
