What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Professional, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, and help them determine which solutions may be appropriate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Engage with Customers: Initiate face-to-face conversations with prospective customers in assigned sales territories or locations.
• Present Products and Services: Explain product features, service options, and applicable offers clearly and accurately.
• Build Relationships: Establish rapport, answer customer questions, and provide a professional customer experience.
• Develop Sales Skills: Learn effective communication, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales presentation techniques.
• Work Toward Sales Goals: Track your activity, follow established sales processes, and work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups using company-approved systems.
• Collaborate with the Team: Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to support continuous improvement.

Schedule and Work Environment

The anticipated schedule is 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. This position involves direct, face-to-face customer interaction and may require working in assigned territories or designated customer engagement locations.

Candidates should be comfortable with an active, customer-facing role and working toward established sales objectives. Specific work locations, travel expectations, breaks, and scheduling arrangements will be explained during the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits Disclosure

Compensation includes the advertised weekly range and an opportunity to earn additional commissions under the company's compensation plan. Actual earnings may vary based on the applicable pay structure, individual sales results, and commissions earned.

The precise compensation structure, commission calculation, eligibility requirements, and payment schedule will be explained during the hiring process and documented in the applicable written compensation agreement.
