The recruiter will support recruitment efforts by engaging and screening candidates for entry-level and high-volume positions. This role requires proficiency in using recruitment software and the ability to work under direct supervision while providing guidance on recruitment policies. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions. Develop recruitment strategies to support hiring needs. Maintain communication with team leaders and peers. Assist with talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. Qualifications Entry-level experience with knowledge of employment laws. Proficiency in screening and interview techniques. Ability to use recruitment software and programs. Familiarity with employment regulations and confidentiality requirements. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
