As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team focused on the core guest experience, turning concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners. Get to Know Our Team: The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help build Agoda’s products from our Bangkok office. Working with product managers and engineers, you will understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. This is a great time to join a team that is scrappy and hands-on, yet big enough to influence change and product strategy. What you’ll do (Day to day): Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Presenting your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person Participating in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings Thinking and writing about your process and the decisions you made Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features Being a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that balance customer-centric design, business needs, and technology Experience Requirements & Role Expectations: 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions Strong UI design experience with knowledge of design patterns and a problem-solving approach Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research; hands-on experience with user interviews, synthesizing findings, and translating insights into design decisions Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated Scrum team, from discovery to delivery Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap, using data, research, and business context to inform design decisions Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design Senior Product Designer means you have a track record of: Driving discovery and ideation workshops with design partners to align around a vision and approach Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements Using soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making Balancing multiple priorities and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Qualities we value in designers: Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions Constructive feedback with kindness and candor Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity Ability to translate quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions Contributing to our culture with motivation, optimism, quality, and integrity Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
