Required Qualifications **All requirements listed below are non-negotiables and candidates will NOT be considered if you do not meet the following.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with proper documentation
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous customer service/call center experience required
Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 77598 for onboarding and equipment pickup
Must have reliable high-speed internet
Must be available to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
Schedules are assigned after training based on business needs. Assigned schedules are non-negotiable, and shift preferences will not be considered.
Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills
