Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and budget processes
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations including inventory, AR, AP, and prepaid accounts
• Support treasury activities such as daily cash reporting, wire entries, and cash flow forecasts
• Analyze expenses, research variances, and prepare ad hoc financial reports

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0–5 years of accounting experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Great Plains (preferred)
