Territory Manager - Alabama South

Tandem Diabetes Care

Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a Territory Manager to drive insulin pump sales across South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. The role combines strategic territory planning, healthcare provider relationship-building, and product education to expand market presence in diabetes technology.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory plans to drive business growth and revenue targets
Build partnerships with healthcare professionals to establish value and increase adoption
Deliver product education and clinical support to providers and patients
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely sales reporting
Represent Tandem at industry events and community outreach activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably diabetes or insulin infusion pumps
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
Up to 80% travel capability within assigned territory
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $91,890-$112,310 base annually; target earning potential $166,890-$187,310 annually
