About The Role & Team Webull Financial LLC is a FINRA registered broker dealer, weprovideonlineinvesting platform for retail investors, productsincludeglobal market data, news and trading in US equities, listed options,futurescontracts, and more. We are looking for a talented financial services professional in the New York area to be part of our Middle Office Operations team as a Managed Services Administrator. In This Role, You Will Complete legal processes for clientliens, levies, garnishments, information requests and takeappropriate actionto restrict account access, and/or paycreditors. Assist in theescheatment lifecycle, including due diligence, reporting, and delivery of securities and cash tostateunclaimed property offices. Prepare and file reports with state agencies,maintainingdetailed audit trials and documentation. Process asset transfers, including journaling securities, reconciling accounts,monitoringcorporate actions, and ensuringtimelyandaccurateDTC deliveries. Support the Middle Office Operations team with ad hoc administrative duties, operational requests, and special projects to ensure the efficient execution of daily business activities. The Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree or 0-1 years of relevant financial services or operations experience. Excellent attention to detail, reconciliation skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external regulators. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $65,000-80,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
