Customer Service Representative Cincinnati, Ohio – 1st Shift – $18 to $21 per hour – Temporary Assignment Position Summary Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused representative to support daily interactions, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Prior call‑center experience is required. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product information Manage and process customer orders from entry through fulfillment Resolve customer issues related to orders and product concerns Update and maintain accurate records within internal systems Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and potential delays Qualifications Strong client and customer relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems quickly Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
