Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5 or 7 years of equivalent experience
5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management
Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment
Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for fit tests
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control operations
Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
Manage performances of subordinate personnel and delegate responsibilities
