Senior Product Manager

Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesUpstream Activities:Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic product plans and objectivesConduct complex market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation strategiesDrive the development of biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical evidence supporting product development and commercializationOversee and manage high-impact project plans, ensuring alignment between engineering, regulatory, and clinical teamsLead execution of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and advisory boardsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards through ownership of high-quality documentation (DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs)Downstream Activities:Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductionsOversee creation of impactful sales tools and educational materials (technique guides, training modules, sales collateral)Collaborate with operations and supply chain to manage forecasts, inventory plans, and product availabilityAnalyze product performance across multiple channels and integrate market feedback into roadmap decisionsDrive continuous improvement through voice-of-customer programs and post-launch field evaluationsCustomer-Facing Responsibilities:Partner with sales teams to refine positioning, competitive messaging, and field strategyDeliver clinical training and education to surgeons, sales reps, and OR staffProvide advanced intraoperative support during product launches and evaluationsServe as a field-based escalation point for complex technical or clinical issuesChampion customer insights internally to influence product evolution and strategic directionQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred5+ years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within medical devices or healthcareProven success in launching and managing high-impact productsExceptional cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skillsStrong knowledge of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentationAbility to travel up to 25% to support field initiatives, customer visits, and cross-site collaborationCore ValuesPassionate About Innovation – Relentlessly focused on improving patient outcomesCustomer Focused – Committed to translating user needs into actionable solutionsTeamwork – Thrive in a collaborative, accountable, and respectful cultureDriven – Fast-moving, execution-oriented, and committed to excellenceOur Values:Our Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.Passionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
