Credit Risk Senior Manager

Leading the credit risk and pricing strategy, the full-time remote Credit Risk Senior Manager will drive innovation in launching and scaling credit programs while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish best-in-class credit strategies. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end credit strategy initiatives, including framework design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring Partner with data scientists to develop advanced credit risk models and automate underwriting processes Serve as a risk consultant to bank partners, providing analytical support and recommendations for credit strategy improvements Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in building credit card risk and pricing programs, preferably in a fintech environment Proven expertise in credit policy development, monitoring, and adjustment across the credit card lifecycle Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field Expert proficiency in Excel and SQL modeling Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including product, engineering, and finance teams
