Credit Risk Manager

To drive business growth and credit performance, the full-time remote Credit Risk Manager will manage core credit strategies, optimize approval outcomes, and enhance portfolio management through analytics and predictive modeling. Key responsibilities Drive approval strategy, segmentation, and portfolio optimization through decisioning frameworks and analytics Evaluate and refine model performance to improve predictive accuracy and business impact Collaborate across teams to translate analytics into actionable business decisions and support underwriting, finance, and product functions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5-10 years of experience in credit risk analytics, particularly in small business lending or high-risk environments 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams Proven success in building or enhancing credit decisioning frameworks Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, with a solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques
