Credit Risk Manager

Managing the Dispute Defense team, the full-time remote Risk and Disputes Manager will ensure excellent client service, assist clients in disputing chargebacks, and oversee the team's workload while focusing on process improvement and chargeback reduction strategies. Key responsibilities Manage and monitor the Dispute Defense team to maintain high client service standards Assist clients with chargeback disputes and perform collections when necessary Collaborate with processing partners to align on vision and processes while reporting on team performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Strong understanding of the chargeback process and industry regulations Experience in managing a high-functioning team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows
